Item was faulty and their manner is outrageous!
Item was faulty. Company wasn’t proactive in resolving it and their manner was curt. They agreed to replacing it but after reviews.io shared my email address with them without my permission, they went back on their offer because and I quote ‘left them a one star review.’ They clearly now pay reviews.io which allows them to not have recent bad reviews posted. Shocking experience.
